Clwb Fideo

Clwb Fideo is a voluntary run video making club which is open to all ages, abilities and experience. The club pools together material and labour resources to make videos about the things that matter most to it's members.

The project has spawned from the Digidol Dyfi Digital Lottery Community Funded project that aims to bring people together through digital workshops, collaborative opportunities and events.

The project has recently been awarded £3000 by the Powys Association for Voluntary Organisation's young person led group award to purchase equipment which can be loaned out for free by it's members.

The collaborative nature and diversity of skills required to make a film makes amateur filmmaking a great way of increasing socia connectedness, upskilling and employment opportunity. Whilst many of the current members are experienced filmmakers, the collective is open to all levels and encourages the participation of enthusiastic individuals who want to try something new, meet likeminded individuals and work on ambitious projects about the things that matter most to them.

Clwb Fideo yw clwb gwneud fideos a reolir yn wirfoddol, sy'n agored i bob oedran, gallu a phrofiad. Mae'r clwb yn cyfuno adnoddau deunyddiol a llafur i greu fideos am y pethau sy'n bwysig i'w haelodau.

Mae'r prosiect wedi deillio o brosiect Digidol Dyfi Digital Lottery Community Funded sy'n anelu at ddod â phobl ynghyd trwy weithdai digidol, cyfleoedd cydweithredol a digwyddiadau.

Yn ddiweddar, cafodd y prosiect £3000 gan wobr grŵp dan arweiniad pobl ifanc gan Gymdeithas Gochorau Cymdeithasol Powys i brynu offer y gellir eu benthyg am ddim gan ei aelodau.

Mae natur gydweithredol a'r amrywiaeth o sgiliau sy'n ofynnol i wneud ffilm yn gwneud gwneud ffilmiau amatur yn ffordd wych o gynyddu cysylltiadau cymdeithasol, hyfforddi ac oedi cyflogaeth. Er bod llawer o'r aelodau presennol yn wneuthurwyr ffilm profiadol, mae'r cymuned yn agored i bob lefel ac yn annog cyfranogwyr brwdfrydig sydd eisiau rhoi cynnig ar rywbeth newydd, cwrdd â phobl o'u math a gweithio ar brosiectau uchelgeisiol am y pethau sy'n bwysig iawn iddynt.
